The apartment is ski-in and ski out with runs down to the lifts. This is a particular advantage for families with children as there are no buses to get to the pistes and no carrying of skis and long walks in ski boots. Equally it suits those individuals who want to ski for a full day from when the lifts open at 8.30 in the morning.

The Apartment is located in the Crozats area of Avoriaz, a short walk through covered walkways and 2 public lifts which take you to Place Centrale with its bars, restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets and shops. The 'Village Des Enfants' (Children's Ski school) is also located right next to the bottom of the public lift.. The resort itself is car free although you can get around by horse drawn sledge if you want to. The resort is particularly suited to groups with differing ski abilities.
