Key pick up / Arrival instructions
As Avoriaz is a car free resort you will need to take a snow taxi from the arrival station to the apartment. You will be dropped off at the bottom of Residence Antares/Aster and you will take the lift up one floor to the reception
The keys will be held at reception.
This reception is open until 10pm on changeover days - let us know if you are arriving late and we will make alternative arrangements.
The apartment will be available by 5pm at the latest but in practice it is usually available shortly after lunchtime. If you arrive after 10 a.m. and the apartment is not available then you can ask for the ski locker keys if you want to store your luggage.
You will need to have vacated the apartment and ski locker by 10 a.m. on your last day. If you want to store luggage on the last day the reception has very limited storage space and if this is not available then there is a bagagerie. This at the Information Office at the arrival station where the snow taxi drops you.
The phone number for reception is +33 4 50 74 74 28 and the out of hours emergency number is +33 4 50 74 58 58
